Amanda and Jami

I had taken senior portraits for one of my best friends Amanda earlier in the year. Jami, one of Amanda's friends from camp, came to town over winter break and scheduled a shoot. Jami is from Florida and is not quite used to the Midwestern winter weather... but she put up with the cold despite the absence of snow. I loved shooting them; they were so energetic and comfortable together, making the photos look natural.

This bridge at a nearby park is perfect! It adds great depth without taking the attention away from these two beautiful girls!

Aren't they stunning?

Despite the absence of snow, Amanda and Jami got creative and created their own! Luckily I always have glitter on hand in my studio.

Best friend shoots will always be my favorites. I love that I can capture their friendship in these photographs!

My Gorgeous Little Sister

I spent the majority of my day editing this photo and it turned out perfectly! My sister embodies the sass and femininity that the use of glitter entails. This may look familiar; I have posted the raw image earlier. This is one of my all-time favorite photographs of my not-so-little sister(:
Personality is the glitter that sends your gleam across the footlights. The glitter that lights up their world.

Well...

So, I have been neglecting my website for quite some time. But in the meantime I have been editing up a storm and will have a ton of photos posted in the next few days!
